Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why is my tracking number not working yet?
It can take 1-3 business days for the courier service (USPS, DHL, FedEx) to update their system after the tracking number is generated. Please be patient while the package is being scanned at the initial sorting facility.

2. Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is sent to the email address you used during checkout. If you haven't received it after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

3. My package shows "Delivered" but I haven't received it.
In some cases, couriers mark packages as delivered when they reach the local post office. Please check with your neighbors or local postal carrier. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@zenligo.com.
