Where is my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
- Look for the shipping confirmation email from Zenligo (check your spam folder too).
- Click the tracking link inside. Tracking usually starts updating 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days worldwide, or 2–5 business days when shipped from our US warehouse.
Can't find your tracking email?
Email support@zenligo.com with your order number (it is in your order confirmation email) and we will send you the tracking link. We reply within one business day.
